POLICIES
Cancellation
We understand that things can come up. We value your time, and we hope you value ours, too. In the event you need to cancel your appointment, please be sure to notify us no later than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to notify us in time will incur a cancellation fee.
Cancellation fee: If less than 48 hours, the total estimated cost of your appointment will be charged to the clients credit card on file. If a deposit was taken at the time of booking, this deposit will not be returned to the client.
Latecomers
Please be sure to arrive on time. Glow hair studio provides a 10 minute grace period for your appointment. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you will be charged a $50 late fee to your total service. Please keep in mind that your stylist may need to altar your service from what was originally scheduled. It will be at your stylists discretion on whether or not your appointment will beed to be rescheduled. If so, late rescheduling fees apply.
No Shows
Please be advised that our salon has a no-show policy whereby any no-shows will be charged a late cancellation fee.
Dissatisfaction
If in the rare instance you are dissatisfied with your service, we ask that you contact your individual stylist to discuss further arrangements. Glow Hair Studio stylists are independent. This means they handle their own client bookings and satisfaction.
Refunds
If you are unhappy with your service, as above, your individual stylist will arrange to handle this, but due to the nature of the service, we do not offer refunds.
Product exchanges are welcome within one week if it is not to your satisfaction.
Privacy
Customer information in our files is used to improve your service and send important messages, as well as marketing communications. We do not, under any circumstances, share this information with third parties.
Right to Refuse
Our establishment has the right to refuse service to anyone who behaves inappropriately with our staff, or can pose a threat to our business.
Health and Safety
The safety of our staff and clients is our utmost priority. If you are suffering from any contagious infection, we recommend that you reschedule your appointment until you feel better. You may be asked to wear a mask if presenting with symptoms at your appointment.
Pricing
Our salon pricing may occasionally vary. For accurate pricing please request a complimentary in-salon consultation or estimate.
Children
We adore your minis, we have loved hearing about them and watching them grow. However, we ask that all littles remain at home while receiving a service. It can be busy in the salon and we cannot ensure their safety with hot tools, chemicals and sharp object. We kindly ask that you do not bring your children to accompany you while you are in our hands. It is in everyone’s best interest that your little stay out of harms way so we are able to provide an amazing experience for you.
Children under the age of 11 are welcome in the salon as clients only.
If you are unable to find childcare, we will respectfully ask you to reschedule your appointment.
Breastfeeding mothers are an exception.
Payments
Non-refundable deposits are required for new client bookings.
Existing clients with a no-show or cancellation history will also be required to pay deposits for any booking.
Payment for all services can be made by cash, Visa, and MasterCard.
